Compressor units VShV-3/100
The compressor units VShV-3/100, VShV-2.3/230М are used for air compression up to pressure of 10 MPa (100 kgf/cm²) - VShV-3/100, 23 MPa (230 kgf/cm²) - VShV-2.3/230М.
They provide a reliable source of compressed air for high voltage air-break switches,that are the components of electric station switchgears. They are widely used for general industrial purposes.
It is supplied as a component part of newly built compressor stations and for substitution of compressor units ВШ-3/40 by VShV-3/100, VShV-2.3/230 by VShV-2.3/230М in operating compressor stations with the preservation of existing foundations and communications.
Each unit incorporates compressor, electric motor, cooling block, purging system of water-oil separators mounted on a common frame. It is provided with automatic control and emergency protection system ensuring both manual and automatic control of the unit, visual inspection of the main parameters and switching off of electric motor in case of deviation from the preset mode.
Five-stage, six-cylinder compressors of W-form, air-cooled.
